I just finished watching a documentary called "Sharkwater".
I really think it is important for everyone to see this movie and pass it on to family and friends.
I never realized that shark fining was such a problem, but this movie made me relize that is is very much a problem!!!
People are killing sharks for their fins and throwing their bodies back into the ocean. Most of the time the sharks are still alive when thrown back.
It is beyond wasteful, and it is damaging the whole eco system.
I strongly believe that this issue will not be changed unless people like us are aware, and try to make a difference. We as the human race are destroying
this planet. Sharks that have been around for 400 million years are becoming endangered.
Please take an hour and a half and watch this movie, and visit the site that I provide to show your support.
I am determined to do my part...this is a very cruel and unnecessary act that is being preformed.
